As an Events Coordinator, it is my job to curate unique and engaging special events for the park. Some examples include markets, holiday events, themed events, wellness events and special programming.

Oklahoma Wondertorium

I volunteered periodically at the Oklahoma Wondertorium to ensure that children in the Stillwater community had a clean and safe place to play. Occasionally, I got the chance to play with the kids and even make crafts with them. Other times, I volunteered by putting together games or activities for the kids.

I volunteered at an elementary school as a reading buddy for a first grade class. I read with the kids once a week and helped them improve their reading skills to promote children's literacy.
